1. Introduction
Welcome to Bitcoin Only! Our Affiliate Policy outlines the terms and conditions for individuals or entities interested in participating in our affiliate program. By becoming an affiliate, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
2. Affiliate Program Details
2.1 Commission Rate: As an affiliate of Bitcoin Hardware (Pty) Ltd, T/A Bitcoin Only, you will earn a commission of 5% on the total sales value (excluding shipping costs) of items purchased by users you refer to our website.
2.2 Payment Method: Commissions will be paid out in Bitcoin, and all payouts will be processed through the Joltz Rewards platform.
2.3 Tracking Referrals: We use a tracking system to accurately attribute sales to affiliates. When a user clicks on your unique affiliate link, a cookie will be stored on their device. If the referred user makes a purchase within 30 of clicking the link, the sale will be attributed to your Joltz account. Should the user remove the cookie from their browser, then no attribution can be made.
3. Eligibility
To become an affiliate, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must register as an affiliate of Bitcoin Only on the Joltz Rewards platform using a valid email address.
- By becoming a Bitcoin Only affiliate, via Joltz Rewards, you agree to our Affiliate Policy and our Terms of Use.
- You must not engage in any unethical or fraudulent activities to generate referrals.
4. Applying for the Affiliate Program
4.1 Application Process: To apply for our affiliate program, visit the designated affiliate registration page on our website and provide the required information.
5. Promotional Methods
5.1 Allowed Methods: You are encouraged to promote our products through ethical and legitimate means, such as social media sharing, blog posts, email marketing, and more.
5.2 Prohibited Methods: You must not engage in spamming, misleading advertising, or any activity that may harm our brand's reputation. You must also respect intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights.
6. Payouts
6.1 Payout Schedule: Payouts will be made on an ad-hoc basis, at the discretion of the affiliate. Log into your Joltz Rewards dashboard to claim your accumulated Bitcoin rewards.
6.2 Minimum Payout Threshold: In some scenarios, a minimum balance is required for payout, this varies by lightning wallet provider. Please consult your lightning wallet for more detail.
6.3 Payout Method: All commissions will be paid out in Bitcoin through the Joltz Rewards platform and via the lightning network. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid lightning wallet to receive payments.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in our program if they violate our Affiliate Policy, engage in fraudulent activities, or if their promotional methods are found to be in violation of ethical guidelines.
8. Changes to the Affiliate Policy
Bitcoin Hardware (Pty) Ltd, T/A Bitcoin Only reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Affiliate Policy at any time without prior notice. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
